Shipping & Returns

We strive to provide a seamless shipping experience and a generous return policy. Whether you're across the street or across the globe, our logistics partners ensure your premium Kangpack gear arrives safely and on time. If you're not completely satisfied, our return process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days). Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kangpack is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
5. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a pre-paid return label for any defective items.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer free size exchanges within the domestic territory, subject to stock availability.
